road

As the center of commercial activities, Session Road is one of the busiest spots in Baguio City. This 1.7-kilometer road—which got its name from being the location where the Philippine Commission held its first session—is home to numerous big department stores, banks, bookstores, bazaars, and restaurants, among other establishments. On Sundays, the road is closed to vehicles so that both locals and tourists can enjoy the main thoroughfare away from the traffic and pollution.
