Nestled within the city of pines, Camp John Hay is a haven for its breathtaking views, postcard-worthy sceneries, and world-class attractions. As one of the top destinations in Baguio City, tourists and locals flock to Camp John Hay for picnics, jogging, trekking, and basking in its beauty. This 690-hectare land houses a total of 602,350 trees as of 2019. Of this number, 242,350 are pine seedlings and saplings, 60,000 coffee plants, and 50,000 bamboo culms. These trees not only give shade to visitors and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the place, but it also serves as home to animals within the area, such as birds and other insects.
