HEALTH SANCTUARY.  A creation by artists from 23 Sampaguita Studio, the mural captured on early Saturday morning, May 20 promotes #BreatheBaguio — the city’s new tourism branding. The mural located along Baguio General Hospital (BGH) rotunda was put up to honor the health workers and frontliners, according to Mayor Benjamin Magalong. This act of dedication matches the new brand launched on the city’s 112th charter day, which is inspired by the city’s history as a hill station during the American period. Magalong added that this promotes Baguio as “an endearing haven where we nurture breathing space for body, mind and spirit.” The mural, called “Bayanihan: Wall of Heroes,” was inaugurated in December 2021.
