EVERY DROP COUNTS. In preparation for the upcoming El Niño phenomenon, which according to PAGASA may emerge in June and persist until the first quarter of 2024, all barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) committees are called to take precautionary measures and circulate water conservation tips in their respective barangays, as per Memorandum Circular No. 2023-065 issued on April 25, 2023. During the 2015-2016 El Niño, the National Water Resources Board (NWRB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) shared the following water conservation tips in the Official Gazette.
